SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

• A petition for Final Subdivision Plat approval for a condominium subdivision plat for a Multi-Family Dwelling development located at 2191 South 300 West and 2249 South 300 West.
• A petition for Preliminary Subdivision Plat approval to consolidate six (6) existing parcels and subdivide into three (3) new parcels located at 2252 South 300 West.
• A petition to the Planning Commission for preliminary plat approval for a one-lot consolidation plat, for the construction and operation of a flex building. The subject property is located at 3422-3426 South 300 West. The applicant is Joe Johnsen, on behalf of J-Development. 
• A petition to the Planning Commission for a recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council, for an ordinance amending Section 17.06 of the South Salt Lake Municipal Code to correct technical errors and amend certain general landscaping standards.
