"Resident" rate applies only in cases of: 1. A person residing in the City of South Lake who schedules a facility for private personal or family events, or 2. A business licensed on South Salt Lake schedules a facility for employee social event. A person residing in the City or a licensed South Salt Lake business may not schedule a facility for an entity/organization/institute event of function or for a business enterprise at the "Resident" rate. Resident must have proof of residency for resident rate (driver license, utility bill, etc.).
 
Non-Resident - A person not residing in the City or a non-licensed South Salt Lake business who schedules a facility for private personal or family events.
 
"Non-profit" rate applies only in cases where a non-profit entity schedules a facility for purposes that do not include fundraising or revenue generation for the entity. Any non-profit entity which schedules a facility for purposes which includes fundraising shall pay the "commercial" fee. Non-profits must attach a proof of non-profit status upon rental of space for non-profit rate.
 
"Commercial" rate applies to all non-residents of South Salt Lake and any business or organization that is not a non-profit entity.
 
If you are employed by a department of the City of South Salt Lake, please enter the Employee ID code provided by the website administrator in order to bypass payment. If you do not know the employee code call 801-483-6020.

Terms and Conditions

RESERVATION FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF THE DATE OF RESERVATION IS LESS THAN ONE WEEK AWAY AT THE TIME OF CANCELATION. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • No beer or alcoholic beverages. Municipal Code 9.24.20
  • No one shall bring, lead, keep, possess, or let loose any animal of any kind (Ponies, dogs, etc.). Municipal Code 12.44.130
  • No littering. Municipal Code 12.44.30
  • Bounce Houses are only allowed with a Special Events Permit through the City. See Chapter 5.09 of the City Ordinance on what qualifies as a special event. A permit application can obtained through our City Recorders office. (Please be aware that the process to either approve or deny a permit will take at least 10 buisness days) Bounce houses may not be staked into the ground. Other means must be used.
  • No Pinatas.
  • No camping, rock throwing, swimming, etc. Please do not disturb the wildlife. Municipal Code 12.44.60
  • No vehicles on the grass or sidewalks. Municipal Code 12.44.40
  • An adult must accompany all children during reservation time.
  • Audible sound cannot be over 7 decibels (DB).
  • You must leave the pavilion clean and free of trash and decorations.
  • You must maintain this form with you while at the park.
  • Failure to abide by any of the above ordinances and park rules is punishable by law. Municipal Code 12.44.220
