Invitation to Submit Proposals:
The City of South Salt Lake will accept submittals for Qualifications for the project titled:
New Public Works Campus:Campus Remodel and Expansion, until 2:00 p.m. on December 7th, 2023. Proposals received after 2:00 p.m. will not be opened. The scope of work for this contract includes architectural and engineering services as the Architect of Record for the construction of a public works facility and supporting campus.
All required documents for the request for qualifications process shall be directly submitted via U3P/SciQuest, until 2:00 p.m. on December 7th, 2023.
Written questions can be submitted to the Community and Economic Development Director, Jonathan Weidenhamer at jweidenhamer@sslc.gov and copied to Kerryn Talbot at ktalbot@sslc.gov and David Milne at dem@mocasystems.com before 5:00 p.m. on November 28th, 2023. Responses to written questions will be posted via an Addendum on U3P/SciQuest by 5:00 p.m on November 30th. There is a mandatory Prequalification Meeting for this project. Notice of Shortlisted firms will be issued on December 14th, 2023. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
