Online Payments


  1. Go to Xpress Bill Pay
  2. Click on “Sign Up” and complete the registration form.
  3.  Login and click on "Add New eBills" and follow the instructions.
  4.  Once your bill is added to your account, you can view and pay your bill online and set up a recurring automatic payment schedule.
  5.  After payment, you’ll receive an email confirming that your bill has been paid.

You will receive monthly notifications when your bill is available to pay. Xpress Bill Pay accepts credit cards, debit cards, or electronic transfers from a bank account. Setup recurring payments on Xpress Bill Pay so you never forget to pay your Utility Bill. You can also go paperless through Xpress Bill Pay's website.

To pay your Utility Bill over the phone, please call 801-483-6000 during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm).

Utility Assistance Program

Residents of South Salt Lake who are experiencing a short-term need for utility payment assistance can apply for help through the Utility Assistance Program. This program is funded by community donations, and is designed to help our neighbors get through periods of unexpected financial stress.
