    2. The City of South Salt Lake offers water, sewer, garbage, stormwater, and fireline services. You will be enrolled for all applicable services based on your service address. A member of the Utility Services team will call you after you submit your application to review your services.

      The city offers a Utility Assistance Program for low-income residents unable to pay their water and sewer bills. The program is funded through public donations and is administered through the Utah Community Action's HEAT Program. To learn more and to support the program through a donation, click here.

    3. Physical address of the property in South Salt Lake where you are requesting utility service.

    4. Date to start utility service; should be on or best estimate of the sales date recorded with the Salt Lake County Recorder's Office, or date resident takes possession of the property.
